Falconers Participating in King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival, Choose Strange Names for Falcons

The Falconers participating in the competitions of the 2nd edition of King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival chose various names indicating to different meanings related to the nature of the falcon, international personalities, names of their children, names of regions or names inspired by historical stories.
The falconers chose many of these names, such as: "Gomes", a player of Al-Hilal Saudi Football Club, "Professor" a cinema figure, "Sultan" name of one of the falconers children, and "Najd" a region, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Among the names chosen by the falconers were a "Nightmare" to introduce fear into the hearts of the contestants, and "Genghis" one of the historical figures.
It is worth mentioning that King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival will last until 16 December 2019, and is being held, in Malham, North of Riyadh, with cash prizes for the winners exceeding, SR21 million.
