Arabian Automobiles Company, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Infiniti in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, was recognised as the ‘Top Achiever’ for the Infiniti Quality Programme – a specific initiative by Infiniti Middle East to recognize and enhance Operational Excellence with their partners. 

The award was presented by Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director, Infiniti Middle East to Michel Ayat, Chief Executive Officer, Arabian Automobiles Company at the Infiniti Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. This is the first time a National Sales Company (NSC) has been recognised with this accolade. 

Commenting on the award, Michel Ayat said: “We are honoured to be the first NSC to receive this recognition. We consider this to be a tribute to Arabian Automobiles and a vote of confidence for the diligent staff that work tirelessly to achieve the best for our clientele. Infiniti’s Quality Programme aims to achieve the highest levels of excellence across all areas of the business, and this recognition ensures that our excellent achievement will be transferred right back to the customer, ensuring they enjoy Infiniti’s premium motoring experience.”

The award was presented after Arabian Automobiles Company achieved a 98% score, representing the highest ranking in the region, across a number of high quality standards including a customer satisfaction index, accurate reporting of sales and after sales, as well as mystery shopping and test drives.
